Location for the bid opening remains the office of the Shelby County Chief Financial Officer, located at 200 West College Street, Room 125, Columbiana, Alabama, 35051

General: 

Project Manual, Plans and Specifications:

Section 12-6100 – Jury Box Seating – DELETE providing and installation of this seating from the bid scope. The Owner will purchase and install these outside the contract scope. The contractor shall be responsible for coordinating and providing the required blocking for the proper installation of this seating.   Blocking details shall be coordinated with the contractor during construction. 

Questions and Clarifications:

Q1: Can sawing be performed within the Courtroom 2A space? 

A1: Sawing can be performed within the Courtroom 2A space and the contractor will be responsible for capturing or removing any saw dust or any other construction debris that results from such activities before completing the project.
