In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama, 1975 as amended, notice is hereby given that Massey Asphalt Paving LLC, Contractor, has completed the Contract for Construction Improvement of SCP 59-967-24 Morgan Road Widening Improvements for the State of Alabama, County of Shelby County, Hoover, AL, Owner(s) and have made request for final settlement of said Contract. All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify the Office of the Shelby County Engineer, 506 Highway 70, Columbiana, AL 35051, (205) 669-3880.
